Codman Square “Walkers and Talkers” Walk group
To improve personal fitness, the BOLD Teens help lead walks in the community.  These walks help people learn about the neighborhood, learn history of Codman Square, meet neighbors and monitor local food stores, while improving their health.  One walker lost over 1/3 of their body weight, and has kept it off with walking.  Click here for more information.
